SUPPORT US

The Global Health Foundations represents a group of stakeholders who all want to make a positive contribution to the health and wellbeing of the people in Least Developed, Developing and Tribal Nations, while providing FREE access to life saving healthcare for those who can't afford it or otherwise would die without it.

Our Corporate Partnership Program is designed to provide healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical supplies and equipment providers with a path to providing their products and services to the network of clinics and hospitals that are funded, operated or are beneficiaries of the Global Health Foundations.

As part of the program, Global Health Foundations purchasing agency will enter into a 25-year purchase agreement at standard wholesale pricing. In exchange, an additional 25% of goods or services would be donated to the Global Health Trust to provide to its beneficiary countries with products for their poorest and sickest people.

Ensuring that access to life saving healthcare is available to those who can't afford it or otherwise would die without it.

Each Corporate Partner is entitled to use the
All-Heart logo and advertising program to show their support for the program.

To provide the needed financing, the Global Health Foundations issues Health Bonds into financial markets through its financial partnerships with leading banking, brokerage, finance administration, insurance, trustee and asset management services.

Each bond is supported by Healthcare Services and Administration Agreements between the Government of the Member Country and the Global Health Trust, providing fixed cost contracts for twenty five (25) year periods. The solution is designed to operate through multiple transitions of power and ensures that healthcare is always a priority for the people.

The Issued Bonds each represent 25% of the total billing forecasts per healthcare service agreement, and bond payments are supported by the Healthcare Services and Administration Agreement. This ensures that the Global Healthcare Trust is always supported by the Healthcare Services and Administration Agreement, while minimizing leverage of the bond portfolio.

Following each subsequent series of Healthcare Services and Administration Agreements entered into the with the relevant Governments of the Members Countries the Global Health Foundations will work with its financial partnerships to issue subsequent Health Bond series. These may be aggregated into regions such as the Pacific, Americas and Africa’s,

An insurance carrier is to be engaged to provide asset and risk management services to ensure the management of the performance of the Healthcare Services Agreements, including where applicable, providing re-insurance for the portfolio of assets within each bond series, as to maximize the efficiencies and resources behind the Global Health Trust. This may include the leverage non-recourse loans against bond issuances.

Global Health Foundations partners with international, regional and local healthcare organizations to provide the operational implementation of our initiative. The funding provided through programs provides for all cost coverage for everything from Project Management, Construction, Implementation, Training and ongoing system oversight and transparent financial management.

At the core of our Operational Solution is the creation of a primary or symbiotic healthcare system, built on the construction of Community Healthcare Clinics, Regional Hospitals and Pharmacies. Essentially the underlying infrastructure to support the operations of the healthcare programs.

The Global Health Foundations will provide all administration and management oversight for the implementation of training programs, developed in conjunction with universities and registered training organizations to develop the majority of personnel from students completing their secondary schooling. Providing not only a clear path for greater education, but a clear path to employment in the fields of healthcare, administration, construction, financing and operations.

As an Endowment Benefactor, you will get the benefit of tax deductible donations, and by providing the financial resources to build clinics and the healthcare network, resources to train, recruit and manage healthcare employees within the local communities where the clinics are located and underpinning the whole operation with strategic relationships for expanded healthcare services and supply of medicines and medical supplies, you can be a key part of delivering the healthcare resources a Member Country Government needs to manage their healthcare epidemics, as well as manage overall healthcare of their people.
